If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

Obtain Return Authorization: Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return address. Please ensure you mark this authorization number on the package so we can process your request.
Prepare the Return Package: Pack the item to be returned, its original packaging, all accessories, and documents into the package.

Keep Mailing Receipt: Please keep the courier receipt and tracking number until we confirm receipt of the return and process your refund. - Processing Time
Once the return package arrives at our warehouse, we will process your return request within 5 business days. If you choose a refund, we will refund the amount to your original payment account. Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on the payment platform.
For exchange requests, we will process and ship the new item as soon as possible after confirming the return, typically within 3-5 business days.
